Q: How do we book you?
A: You can reach out via the contact form on our website or send us a direct message on Instagram. We’ll schedule a consultation to discuss your vision, answer any questions, and finalize the details of your booking.
Q: What’s included in your packages?
A: All our packages include photography/videography coverage, professional editing, and the delivery of high-resolution images and videos in an online gallery or downloadable format. Additional options like albums, extra hours, and extended videos are available upon request.
Q: Do you require a deposit to secure our date?
A: Yes, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date.
The remaining balance is due closer to your wedding day.
Q: Can we customize a package to fit our needs?
A: Absolutely! Every wedding is unique, so we’re more than happy to tailor our packages to include extra hours, additional team members, or other special requests.
Q: Do you offer engagement sessions?
A: Yes! Engagement sessions are included in some of our packages or can be booked separately.
They’re the perfect opportunity to get comfortable in front of the camera and celebrate your upcoming wedding.
Q: Do you charge for travel?
A: Travel within the Lower Mainland, BC, is included in all packages.
For weddings or elopements outside of this area, we’ll provide a custom quote for travel and accommodation costs.
Q: What happens if it rains or the weather isn’t ideal?
A: We love working with natural light and are skilled at adapting to any weather conditions to ensure stunning photos. If needed, we’re happy to reschedule engagement or pre-wedding sessions to suit your preferences.
Q: How many photos/videos will we receive?
A: For an 8-hour coverage, you can expect around 500+ edited photos and a 5-8 minute highlight film. Longer video options are available upon request. Engagement or elopement sessions typically result in 50+ edited images.

A: Your final wedding gallery and/or film will be delivered within 4-5 weeks.

Q: Do you help with planning?
A: Absolutely! We’ll assist you with creating a photography timeline, selecting locations, and offering tips to ensure everything runs smoothly on your big day.

A: Of course! We encourage you to share your moments with friends and family.
We simply ask for a tag or credit when you post.
Q: What equipment do you use?
A: We use professional-grade cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment to ensure top-quality photos and films. We also carry backup gear to guarantee your memories are safely captured.

A: In the rare event of an emergency, we have a trusted network of professional photographers/videographers who will step in to ensure your day is beautifully captured.

A: Yes! We offer high-quality prints and custom-designed albums that can be added to your package or purchased after your gallery has been delivered.
